AUTHOR’S GUIDELINES
- The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word Format and in United Kingdom English, lines spaced at 1.5, and font size 12, font type Times New Roman, and all references must be in footnotes and numbered consecutively.
- Footnotes must be inserted automatically in font size 10. Footnote numbers in the main text of the paper must appear at all times after the relevant punctuation mark and not before.
- Contributions must include an abstract of not more than 250 words, the author’s institutional affiliation, and email address.
- Contributions are accepted all through the year while accepted papers are published in the in-coming volume.
- Contributions should not exceed seven thousand (7,000) words inclusive of the abstract and relevant footnotes in the case of full-length articles, and three thousand (3,000) words in the case of short notes, comments, and book reviews.
- Contributions are to comply with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LAW TEACHERS (NALT) CITATION GUIDELINE www.naltng.org , OR THEOXFORD STANDARD FOR CITATION OF LEGAL AUTHORITY (OSCOLA) CITATION STYLE http://www.law.ox.ac.uk/oscola
- Contributions should be submitted electronically to hodppl@run.edu.ng and copy the Editor-in-Chief at joeladeadeyeye@gmail.com which will be acknowledged by email. All inquiries should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief.
- Contributions will be assessed through a double-blind peer review process on the basis of substance and quality of scholarship, which includes originality and cogency of argument.
Contributions must not have been published elsewhere. Except in exceptional circumstances and with prior notice, the Editors may publish revised seminal lectures, papers or keynote addresses. Authors are advised to confirm that their articles have and will not be published elsewhere.
PPLRUNLAW REVIEW states categorically that authors are responsible for the views expressed in their contributions and they only are to be held civilly and criminally liable for any offensive contents.
